Shaheed Day was celebrated on 23rd March 2023 on behalf of Political Science Department. First, the image of martyr Bhagat Singh was worshiped by Dr. Anilrao Kurade (Secretary, KVRSSS ). Dr. Nand Kumar Kolhapure reviewed the work of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Principal Dr. S.M . Kadam presided over the program.

National Voter's Day was celebrated on 25th January 2023. On this occasion Hon'ble Dr. Anilrao Kurade guided the students about Voter's Day and Dr. S.M. Kadam administered the oath to the students about Voter's Day.

Indian Constitution day was celebrated in Shivraj College by various activities. At the beginning image worship of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is done by the hands of honorable Prof. Kisanrav Kurade (President, KVRSSS, Gad.), Dr. Anilrav Kurade (Secretary, KVRSSS, Gad.) and Dr. S. M. Kadam (Principal, Shivraj College, Gad.).In this program Preamble of Constitution is read publicaly.Prof. (Dr.) N. R. Kolhapure (Head, Dept. of Political Science) introduced the importance of Constitution. Chief Geust Prof. Kisanrao Kurade delivers a lecture on Constitution Day in front of student. He elaborates the process of preparing Constitution. He also mentioned the importance and need of Constitution during his lecture.The students of Political Science Department and 12th standard of Junior College prepared a wallpaper on Constitution. Hon. Prof. Binadevi Kurade published the wallpaper. N.S.S. Unit of our institute organized an Awareness Rally on Constitution.About 1500 students participated in all the activities on Constitution Day.Dr. A. G. Hardare expressed the vote of thanks.

On 25/01/2021 the Dr. Anil Patil ( Asso. Prof., Arts, Commerce, Science College Gadhinglaj) Online Lecture on ‘Matadar Aani Lokashahi’. Dr. Patil explained the importance of Voting, Indian citizenship was also explained to the students..All the volunteers were present at the event, rangoli, posters were displayed and rallies were organised on the occasion of voter awareness.

- Blood Donation Camp was organized on the occasion of Shahid Din on 23/03/2022.
- The camp was organized by the NSS and NCC unit of the Institute.
- The camp was inaugurated by the Principal Dr. S.M.Kadam.
- Dr. A.V.Kurade Secretary of KVRSSS, Gadhinglaj was the present for the program.
- 90 Blood Bags were collected.

The event was jointly organized by the Gadhinglaj Legal Services Commission, Gadhinglaj, Sub-Divisional High Court and Department of Political Science.

In these programs Adv. Shital Salvi (Second Civil Judge Gadhiglaj), Ujjwala Malavi and Adv. Digvijay Kurade gave guidance on the history of human rights, laws for protection of human rights, laws for protection of girls.

In this workshop Dr. Prakash Pawar (Department Head, Department of Political Science, Shivaji University, Kolhapur) gave guidance on the concept of human rights and current situation.
